一、依據臺南市政府衛生局 114 年 8 月 4 日南市衛心字第 1140149500 號函辦理。
二、旨揭專案獲得扶輪社全球獎助計畫「憂鬱症線上篩檢與自我照顧學習方案」的補助，由該院、台南市立安南醫院憂鬱症中心與台灣營養精神醫學研究學會共同推動，協助民眾進行簡易、匿名之心理健康自我檢測，透過早期發現、早期介入，強化自我照顧能力，降低身心疾病發生風險，減輕個人與社會整體照護負擔。
三、該平台由專業醫護人員進行管理，並提供後續關懷指引，協助疑似高風險個案及早連結醫療與心理資源。此項工具可作為社區一級與二級預防之工具，共同提升地方衛生單位心理健康知能的推廣。
