說明：
一、本刊內容以傳播中等教育、小學教育、特殊教育、幼兒教育（以下簡稱中等以下教育階段）相關制度、政策、法令、課程、教學、師資、學生訓練研究與實務資訊，致力提升學校教育之學術研究與實務水準為宗旨。 1 年出版 4 期，分別於每年 3 、 6 、 9 、 12 月出刊。
二、徵稿類別分為「焦點話題」、「專題論文／一般論文」、「教學實踐論文」、「實務分享」、「心靈加油站」、「特色學校／單位」等 6 個類型。
三、全年收稿，稿件隨到隨審，所有稿件皆採匿名審查，審稿秉專業、公正、倫理原則進行。
