說明：
一、為瞭解國中、小學生在常態體育課外之運動參與習慣、球類喜好，並評估新興運動(如匹克球) 於校園發展之適應性與興趣，本會特辦理旨揭調查。數據結果將作為優化青少年運動資源分配及多元體育活動規劃之參考。
二、調查對象：全國國小、國中學生。

四、個資保護：本調查採不記名、不記校方式，所得數據僅供整體統計分析，請鼓勵學生踴躍表達意見。
