說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 115 年 2 月 23 日臺教國署國字第 1155500396 號函辦理。
二、 115 年度補助項目及審查重點如下：
(一)補助項目：公立國民中小學辦理推動班級讀書會、閱讀與寫作營隊活動，每校最高補助新臺幣 2 萬元。
(二)形式審查：
１、須使用本年度申請計畫書（附件 1 ）。
２、應於 115 年 3 月 31 日（星期二）中午 12 時前，將用印後計畫申請書（ PDF 檔） 1 份，上傳至： https://forms.gle/fN4eXjfF89ZMekHi9 。
(三)內容審查：
１、本年度規劃活動須納入雙閱讀及多文本閱讀之相關教學應用。
２、本案請依「教育部國民及學前教育署閱讀推動計畫實施注意事項」（附件 2 ）辦理。
