二、兩岸體育交流應秉持「對等尊嚴、相互尊重」原則辦理各項活動，並遵守「臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例」及「兩岸體育交流處理規範」相關規定。
三、請各單位交流前應掌握各項活動資訊（如活動目的、辦理單位、行程安排與文宣資料等），不得參與中國大陸所辦「全國性」體育活動或具有特定政治目的之交流活動，亦不得接受任何矮化或對我方不利要求或安排，以利交流健康有序。
四、另大陸委員會自 113 年 6 月 27 日起調升中國大陸、香港及澳門旅遊警示為「橙色」，建議國人應審慎評估赴陸港澳之人身安全風險並避免非必要旅行，倘經評估仍認有前往之必要，請於出發前至大陸委員會「國人赴陸港澳動態登錄」系統進行登錄，以保障人身安全與權益。
