主旨：行政院秘書長函有關禁止現職軍公教人員申領持用中國大陸居住證一案，請查照辦理。
說明：
一、依據行政院秘書長 114 年 5 月 19 日院臺法長字第 1140610014 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本 1 份。
二、依來函說明略以，為避免中國大陸混淆我國人國家認同，且軍公教人員依法負有效忠國家之義務，爰通函禁止現職軍公教人員申領持用中國大陸居住證，倘違
反規定，亦未於服務機關(構)學校清查據實以告，經發現後應由各用人機關(構)學校，本於權責予以適當處置。
