活動說明如下：
(一)參加者不限年齡。
(二)徵選主題:分「菸害防制組」、「酒害防制組」、「檳榔防制組」3 組，每位參加者投稿作品，每項主題最多以 1 件為限。
(三)投稿方式：僅接受電繪寄件投稿並附上附件 1 、 2 ，寄送地址： 701 臺南市東區林森路一段 418 號 3 樓（國民健康科－陳先生收）。
(四)收件日期：即日起至 114 年 5 月 31 日（星期六）截止，郵戳為憑，逾期者不受理收件。
