「2023 藝如春風走透透」海報九天民俗技藝團成立於 1995 年，承襲民間習俗技藝，用鑼鼓震懾天際、用神將表演讓觀眾見證傳統文化價值，創造臺灣獨有的陣頭文化藝術。《廟會狂響》以眾神祈福熱鬧開場，接著以多樣的民俗文化作為表演片段：「氣吞天下」、「官將首」、「電音三太子」、「神偶互動」、「御天戰鼓」，展現磅礡震撼的「九天廟會劇場」。
