主旨：為利各校（園）差假管理，教育人員之加班應於 2 年內補休完畢，並溯自 112 年 1 月 1 日生效，請查照。
說明：
一、配合「各機關加班費支給辦法」業於 112 年 1 月 1 日發布施行，本局所屬學校及幼兒園教育人員各項補休期限，統一規定於 2 年內補休完畢，加班事實或其他補休事實倘發生於 112 年 1 月 1 日前，仍依原相關規定期限補休。
二、為避免影響學生受教權益及維持校務順暢運作，各類人員實施補休時，學校應確實衡酌學校課務及辦公人力。
