說明：
一、依據臺南市政府警察局 111 年 11 月 15 日南市警預字第 1110683868 號函辦理。
二、經分析 111 年 10 月份發生較多詐騙案類為「投資詐欺」、「ATM 解除分期詐欺及假網路拍賣（購物）」，而近期亦發生「民眾前往求職遭拘禁甚至暴力對待」案件，引發社會矚目，為讓民眾認識前揭詐欺手法，請貴校利用各類時機、場合加強宣導，並安排校內電子螢幕（如 LED 、跑馬燈等）、資訊可變號誌（ CMS ）、官方網站、臉書粉絲專頁或 APP 資訊平臺協助託播，提醒師生對上揭各類詐騙手法提高警覺，避免上當受騙。
