一、依據教育部(下稱該部)111 年 11 月 11 日臺教學(三)字第 1112806488 號函辦理。
二、旨揭教學影片係該部依據本部性別平等教育委員會 110 年度工作計畫，為使各級學校師生、家長瞭解性別平等教育法調查處理校園性侵害、性騷擾或性霸凌事件之程序，特別製作線上學習之參考教材。
二、旨揭教學影片依事件調查處理程序分為 3 章，每章為 1 支影片，每支影片計 10 分鐘。 3 支影片已於 111 年 2 月製作完成，並掛載於性平網「校園性別事件防治與處理」之「線上課程」專區（ https://www.gender.edu.tw ），各級學校得運用於宣導及教學。
三、另上開「線上課程」專區，亦包括大專校院校園性別事件防治與處理線上課程教材，各校得作為學校人員針對相關處理程序及法規知能研習之用。
