一、依據本府政風處 111 年 11 月 10 日南市政預字第 1111441223 號函辦理。
二、為倡導廉能政府理念、端正社會廉潔風氣，彰化縣政府政風處特編撰以廉潔誠信為主題，加入廉潔藝文徵件競賽得獎作品成果編製廉潔繪本有聲書「新綠野仙蹤」，敘述分別代表廉潔、公正、誠實、友愛與勇氣的廉政工程「獅」，組成「廉政獅大聯盟」幫助桃樂絲主持公道，還有維護野獸國的清廉與和平；並由國聲廣播專業人員錄製繪本內容，向學童傳遞「誠實做人、認真做事」之價值，達到讓廉潔概念從小扎根的目的。
