說明：
一、依據教育部 111 年 9 月 1 日臺教學(五)字第 1112805014 號函辦理。
二、依據「新世代打擊詐欺策略行動綱領」，當前詐欺犯罪由傳統面對面接觸轉為透過資通訊網路隱匿身分詐騙。詐欺案件發生數前 5 名依序為「假網路拍賣（購物）」（含一般購物詐欺）、「投資詐欺」、「解除分期付款詐欺（ ATM ）」、「猜猜我是誰」及「假愛情交友」。前開詐騙手法日新月異，學生防詐意識亟待提升，以期減少詐欺損害至最低。
三、教育部業綜整各部會，共計 14 個宣導網站及 26 個宣導素材或影片連結（如附件），請貴校透過多元管道（如友善校園週、集會活動等）及學生自治組織等，並適時融入友善校園週及課程，加強宣導海外高薪打工詐騙事件防治，避免學生受騙上當。
四、若貴校得知學生遭詐騙事件時，除直接撥打 165 外，亦可利用 165 官方網站進行網路報案，另請務必進行校安通報作業。
