一、鑑於近年跟蹤騷擾事件頻傳，造成社會危害，為保護個人身心安全、行動自由、生活私密領域及資訊隱私，免於受跟蹤騷擾行為侵擾，維護個人人格尊嚴，跟蹤騷擾防制法業經 110 年 12 月 1 日總統華總一義字第 11000108131 號令制定公布，並自公布後 6 個月施行。
二、教師倘違反跟蹤騷擾防制法，請依教師法規定，本於權責進行程序及實體查證，並召開教師評審委員會審議是否應予解聘、不續聘或停聘。
