一、依據本市 110 年「教育雲服務策略聯盟計畫書」及「110 至 111 年數位學習推動計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭教案徵選對象如次：
(一)現任本市國中、國小或已立案之私立中、小學合格教師 (含代理、代課教師）。
(二)參加本市「110 至 111 年數位學習推動計畫：類型二—5G 智慧學習應用、類型三—5G 新科技學習示範」，每校至少送一件。
三、為鼓勵教師產出優質、多元數位學習教案以厚實飛番教學雲數位資源，入選教案每件給予新臺幣 600 元稿費，獲選優良教案另加發本局獎狀。
四、請於 110 年 10 月 15 日前至表單填寫資料並上傳教案，詳細內容、上傳方式、教案格式及創課坊電子書上架流程請參考附件。
