說明：
一、依據國立臺灣師範大學本年 4 月 27 日師大進字第 1101010656 號函辦理。
二、旨揭認證訂於本年 9 月 4 日(星期六)及 9 月 12 日(星期日)辦理第一及第二梯次全國認證；至本年度 12 月止逐月另有辦理多梯次認證。
三、考生如為 91 年 9 月 4 日(含)以後出生者免報名費，其餘考生報名費用為新臺幣 250 元。輔導學生通過認證、公教人員及市民朋友通過認證者另訂有獎勵措施。
四、本府將針對認證內容、題型及應試技巧開設「客語能力認證班」，將於 5 月起陸續於本府官網公告開班資訊，歡迎善加利用。
