二、實施期程：即日起至110年3月31日下午16時停止收件。
三、收件地點：臺南市北區賢北國小。
四、參加對象：臺南市各公、私立國民小學教師。（24班以上（含）學校請薦送一份，24班以下學校自由參加）
五、送件方式：請寄送至賢北國小，收件地址：704臺南市北區大興街599號(信封上註明「生活課程教案徵選」)。
