說明：
一、「信誼兒童動畫獎」創立於 2009 年，面對多元媒體時代，希望能為台灣的孩子找到應用新媒材說好故事的生力軍。 2014 年，為擴大動畫創作者對於兒童動畫創作的投入與重視，「信誼兒童動畫獎」改為獨立徵獎，並增設國際獎項，逐漸為國內外動畫創作者開闢一個跨國動畫觀摩暨競賽平台，讓動畫創作者透過互相交流而拓展眼界，精進作品素質，也讓孩子能從自己土地上長出來的好作品獲得成長的滋養。
二、本會於 2019 年第 11 屆信誼兒童動畫獎增設「台灣兒童創作組」，鼓勵兒童創作動畫，藉以促進兒童媒體素養、動畫創作暨自我表達、分享與合作能力。
三、今年第 12 屆信誼兒童動畫獎收件期間至 8 月 31 日止，參加對象為 7 歲至 12 歲的台灣學童，設立特優獎、優選獎、佳作獎各數名並頒發獎牌及獎金，入選獎數名頒發獎狀。徵求作品內容及注意事項請詳見徵獎規範。
