一、目的 :
為感謝本市春風化雨、無悔奉獻的老師們，由本市學生創作教師節主題歌曲， 表達對老師的愛與感謝。
二、作品形式
(一)風格不拘。 (二)長度為 3 分鐘至 4 分鐘。 (三)應同時包含詞曲創作，單以詞或曲參選者，不予受理。
(四)得以獨唱、重唱或合唱等形式呈現，並得輔以樂器伴奏
三、參選須知
(一)參選作品應製成 Demo 帶，以 WAV 檔案格式燒錄至光碟中。 (二)參選者應於報名期間截止日前填妥報名表(附件 1)、
切結書(附件 2)並簽章，連 同參選作品光碟、歌詞、曲譜各 1 份，以掛號郵寄至本市白河區仙草國小
（ 732 臺南市白河區仙草里 22 號），並於信封上註明參加「臺南市 109 年教師節主題歌曲 徵選」，以郵戳為憑，逾期不受理。
