一、活動主旨 本屆徵畫活動，延續第十二屆以「幸福樂」為主題，希望藉由兒童日常之孝順、 助人、知足、讚美、健康、關懷、合作、微笑、希望、和諧等過程，由兒童將生活 中的體繪，透過畫筆，傳達簡單的幸福，讓生活有感動，世界更美好。 二、活動單位 1. 指導單位：佛光山寺 2. 主辦單位：財團法人佛光山文教基金會、佛光緣美術館總部 3. 承辦單位：佛光緣美術館屏東館 4. 協辦單位：中華民國兒童美術教育學會、佛光山寺全球道場、人間衛視、人間福 報、佛光緣美術館台灣及全球各洲分館
