說明：
一、依據藝術教育法暨高級中等以下學校藝術才能班設立標準辦理。
二、旨揭簡章類別如下：
(一)美術藝術才能班：
１、國中設班學校：新市國中、麻豆國中、南新國中、永康國中、民德國中。
２、國小設班學校：鹽水區月津國小、北區立人國小、永康區永康國小、新市區新市國小、麻豆區麻豆國小、新營區新進國小。
(二)音樂藝術才能班國小設班學校：新營區新民國小、中西區永福國小、東區崇學國小（國樂班）。
(三)舞蹈藝術才能班：
１、國中設班學校：永仁高中（國中部）、中山國中。
２、國小設班學校：永康區復興國小、中西區進學國小。
