說明：
一、依據臺南市政府教育局 108 年 08 月 19 日南市教專字第 1080972909 號函辦理。
二、參訪日期： 108 年 12 月 24 日（星期二）。
三、參訪地點：雲林縣立山峰華德福教育實驗國民小學暨南投縣竹山鎮秀林國民小學。
四、參加對象：
(一)臺南市 108 學年度推動新課綱策略聯盟工作圈第四區所屬學校（第 12 圈至第 18 圈之召集學校及夥伴學校），請薦派教師乙名（至多二名）報名參加。
(二)臺南市所屬國民小學對本計畫有興趣之教師鼓勵報名參加。
(三)本次參訪暨交流活動報名人數預計 40 名，依報名順序額滿為止。
五、報名方式：即日起至 11 月 29 日（五）中午 12 時止，請將報名表傳真（傳真號碼： 297-5768 ，柯主任收），並至臺南市教育局資訊中心學習護照系統線上報名（研習代號： 233156 ）。
