二、旨揭競賽係由教育部國民及學前教育署主辦，國立科學工藝博物館與國立高雄師範大學共同承辦，邀請全國中及國小教師（含實習、代理及代課老師），以「生活科技」、「資訊科技」及「新興科技認知」作為主題，並結合自造教育實作精神，經由教師們實際參與教學實務設計，表達教學創意概念，期望能創造出新穎且具創意性，並能有效達成教學目標之學習活動，將相關成果落實於教學之中。
