說明：
一、旨揭獎項係依據本部於 106 年 7 月 12 日以臺教社(四)字第 1060085807B 號令發布之「教育部表揚推展本土語言傑出貢獻團體及個人實施要點」辦理。
二、本獎項表揚對象包含：機關(構)、公私立幼兒園、學校、學校認可之學生社團(團隊)、依法立案之團體及法人組織及學校教職員工生及實際從事本土語言推展之個人。
三、凡具下列事蹟之一者，均得由推薦單位予以推薦表揚：
(一)從事本土語言之創作、展演、傳播或推廣，足以振奮人心。
(二)從事本土語言復育、調查、研究或出版，具相當成效(三)捐資成立或充實有關本土語言之圖書館、博物館或其他文教設施，影響深遠。
(四)捐贈、捐助及成立推展本土語言著有績效之團體，貢獻卓著。
