一、教育局為瞭解各校同仁對專任人事人員在專業素養、業務效能、服務態度等面向滿意度，自即日起至 104 年 10 月 11 日 23時止實施學校專任人事人員服務滿意度調查，以作為未來規劃教育訓練及服務績效之參據。
二、本項調查採線上「問卷填報系統」（非線上填報系統）填答方式進行，抽訪對象為人事人員以外之貴校校長及教職員等不同職務人員。其中校長為必填人員，其他教職員則採隨機抽訪方式進行調查。
三、經隨機抽訪之對象將以電子郵件寄發通知，請受訪者至資訊中心電子郵件收信後，依信件內容連結至「問卷填報系統」填答。
四、填答問卷時切勿與他人討論內容及填答結果，問卷資料及結果僅為本局評估運用，將不對外發布，請放心審慎客觀填答。
