一、本市所屬學校教師申請部分辦公時間進修公假之核給應依「臺南市立高級中等以下學校校長及教師在職進修研究實施要點」規定，於學生學期上課中以部分辦公時間進修者，每人每週公假時數最高以八小時為限，為避免影響學生受教權益及學校校、課務運作，爰不得再以其他假別或方式從事進修、研究；兼任行政職務教師於寒暑假期間進修、研究者，每人每週公假時數最高以十六小時為限。
二、鑒於各師資培育大學於寒、暑假期間所開設課程，上課時間多為周一至周五之全天課程，因寒、暑假期間學校無課務問題，且考量學校校務運作並兼顧兼行政職務教師參加進修、研究之權益，爰放寬兼行政職務教師於寒、暑假期間進修每週超過公假核給十六小時之部分，同意以事、補、休假方式前往。
