其修正重點如下：
一、出差距離未達可報支出差旅費者，以公出或公假登記，修正為短時外出處理公務者，以公出登記。（修正規定第四點）
二、奉派出差期間，因業務需要於正常工作時間以外延長工作補償方式，除原訂得請領加班費外，補列得補休假。（修正規定第五點）
三、修正假日出差交通路程時間補償方式。（修正規定第七點）
四、刪除逾六個月加班補休期限未補休者不另給加班費及其他補償規定，並增列特殊重大專案加班補休期限為一年之情形。（修正規定第十一點）
五、刪除於星期例假日或於下班後離開辦公場所執行職務，由主管人員依相關規定本權責認定出差或加班規定。（刪除現行規定第十三點）
