1 、請先下載 skype ，用 skype 新增聯絡人名稱為 tn.voip ，然後撥話給 tn.voip ，撥通後會聽到 IVR(台南市教育網路中心您好...)，再由顯示撥號盤按網路電話號碼就可以轉接了!
2 、若在外縣市或家裡用 SKYPE 撥學校網路電話，請用 skype 先撥 tn.voip ，撥通後會聽到 IVR(台南市教育網路中心您好...)，先按 921 （台南市的代表號）再按網路電話號碼就可以轉接了。
