一、該學院為因應終身學習潮流，提倡公務人員養成閱讀好書之習慣，爰自民國 91 年起開辦「每月一書」活動，將各方推薦之優良書目函知公務人員作為閱讀參考，並於 94 年起依據前開計畫辦理導讀會及專書閱讀心得寫作等活動。
二、為辦理「每月一書」遴選，敬請推薦適合公務人員閱讀之圖書。推薦之圖書須為近 3 年內（自 102 年 7 月起至 105 年 6 月止）出版，以「公共政策」、「管理知能」、「自我發展」及「人文關懷」4 大領域為範疇或宜古宜今之經典圖書，並請勿推薦教科書。
三、推薦適當圖書時，請於旨揭期限前至該學院全球資訊網站（ http://www.nacs.gov.tw ）左側之線上服務專區，點選「圖書推薦」輸入圖書資料。本案聯絡人蔡宛陵專員，電話：(02)2653-1648 。
