說明：
一、「非讀 BOOK 臺南愛讀冊」電視讀書會節目由巿府相關局處聯合製播，每集 30 分鐘，邀請知名作家、閱讀團體、教師、家長與兒童等出席與談，並安排於第 3 公用頻道播映。
二、為發掘本巿喜愛閱讀且樂於分享的學童，未來加入「非讀 BOOK 臺南愛讀冊」電視讀書會節目主持團隊，以提升節目的互動性及豐富度，並且將本優質閱讀節目介紹給本市國小學童，特辦理旨揭活動。前三名得獎者將獲邀參與「非讀 BOOK 臺南愛讀冊」電視讀書會節目外景主持。
