一、文官學院辦理旨揭專班結合「學習能力自我檢測」數據與組織分析資料，並搭配線上駐版講座（助教）、線上同儕互評、線上個案研討及專業測評等功能，於「文官 e 學苑」數位學習網站實施。
二、專班辦理方式摘述如下：
個人全線上專班：凡「文官 e 學苑」註冊學員可報名線上專班，預計於本（ 105 ）年 5 月 15 日、 6 月 1 日及 7 月 1 日開設，共計辦理 3 期，每期約 70 日。
三、凡全程參與並完成指定學習事項者，除可參加文官學院「三階五段團隊力學習之旅」抽獎活動外，參與全線上專班學員將由文官學院發給認證時數 10 小時，各機關可另函該學院申請專屬混成學習專班發給認證時數 25 小時。
