正式廚工報名日期：公告日期起至 111 年 8 月 3 日(星期三)上午 8:40 時止
正式廚工面試日期： 111 年 8 月 3 日(星期三)上午 9:00 時起於仁愛國小 B1 會議室，依序面試。(甄選人員請於上午 8:40 前完成報到手續)

報名時注意事項：
1.報名表含切結書 1 份(如附件一、二)
2.國民身分證正本及正反面影印本 1 份，正本驗畢後發還
3.符合報名表列之各項證明文件正本及影印本 1 份
基本資格：
1. 具備「良民證」(請自行至臺南市政府警察局各分局辦理，可於公告錄取後三日內補繳)。
2. 國小以上畢業。
3．已持有「中餐烹調技術士丙級技術師證照」以上者，得優先錄取(無則免附)。
