(三)主辦單位：健康與體育領域教學研究中心(中學組)(收件評審)
四、辦理時間:
(一)報名及收件期間：自公告日起至民國 108 年 11 月 11 日(星期一)止（以郵戳日期為憑）。
(二)評審期間： 108 年 11 月。
(三)得獎名單公布時間： 108 年 11 月下旬。
(四)頒獎典禮： 108 年 12 月上旬。
(五)獎金領取： 108 年 12 月中旬。
